ITVEST Consulting is owned and run by a team of experienced senior managers who have worked together for years and have in-depth professional expertise and extensive experience of the Asia-Pacific region.
ITVEST Consulting was established in 2005 in Singapore by Jean-Louis Michelet and Mike Magee as a management consulting practice specialising in acquisitions, strategic consulting and market development for new entrants to Asia.
They met twenty years ago when Jean-Louis was responsible for M&A at Capgemini while Mike was executive director in charge of strategic outsourcing. They spearheaded together the launch of Capgemini Asia in 1996 as well as the creation of an eLearning firm in Singapore in 2000.
They were joined by a team of specialists (e.g., IT, Finance, Healthcare) and the company teamed up with a number of strategic partner firms, thus leading to the development of ITVEST's operations in Asia, Australia, India and Europe.
ITVEST Consulting has a broad portfolio of blue chip clients across a variety of market sectors.
