• Mike is an experienced senior management consultant and facilitator with extensive international business experience, particularly in the learning and development environment and in strategic consulting
  
  
• In 1986 he joined Cap Gemini UK to run the retail and distribution consultancy practice, then became an Executive Director, specialising in strategic outsourcing and change management, working with a number of global companies such as Ford, DHL and Citigroup
  
  
• Mike has also spoken on strategic outsourcing and eLearning on many platforms including government conferences in Hong Kong and Singapore and industry specialist groups within the finance sector

• In 2000, he created with J-L Michelet an eLearning firm that was subsequently integrated into ITVEST, an international group specializing in human capital solutions, operating in Asia, Australia and Europe – ITVEST Consulting is its Singapore-based consulting arm
  
  
• Mike has a BA Education (Economics) and resides in Singapore
