• Olivier Wallner has spent all his carrier in the banking and financial services industry, starting in private banking, then currency trading and finally investment banking:
  
  
  • 1984 – Private banker, then Trader (head of the French Franc desk) at BIAO (BNP Group)
  • 1989 – CFO of SOVAC ( Lazard Frères Group)
  • 1996 – Managing Director of Lazard Asia
  • 1998 – Founder and Managing Director of Phoenix Management Asia Pte Ltd (investment banking) and WP Capital (Strategic Advisory)
  • 2004 – Partner of Baltic Enviro SA (specializing in investment in large renewable energy projects)
    
    

• For the first 12 years, Olivier worked for large financial institutions, accumulating a wealth of experience in advanced financial tools and methods as well as complex financial restructuring and large investment projects
  
  
• For the past 15 years, he has become an investor in a portfolio of companies, particularly in the domains of high-tech and renewable energies
  
  
• He was one of the founders of the French Asset & Liability Management Association (AFGAP) and was its Chairman until 1996.
  
  
• Olivier, based in Brussels, Belgium, holds an MBA from top French business school HEC
