• His career encompasses 19 years with DHL Worldwide Express. Leadership roles in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia led ultimately to a global responsibility based in Brussels
  
  
• Returning to New Zealand in 1995, he became CEO of Southern Cross Healthcare, the largest private healthcare organisation comprising health insurance and private hospitals, also serving as president of the International Federation of Health Plans, a global networking organisation comprising over 120 funds from more than 20 countries

• After leaving Southern Cross in 2002, Roger has been consulting/investing in both the Healthcare and Logistics sectors - he is a Director of Enigma, a provider of decision support software to the health sector, and a Principal in Peak Healthcare, a business providing growth strategies for medical professionals
