• He was International CEO of Cardno, after he led the sale of Acil Australia to Cardno and participated in their IPO
  
  
• Stephen has managed and led company sales, acquisitions and mergers with PWC, Aptech, IBM, Cap Gemini, Cardno and WDScott, as well as acquisitions in the UK, the US and Australia for client companies
  
  
• He has published extensively in Jungian psychology and regularly speaks at conferences on the interface of psychology and commercial enterprise
